I started to listening to Portishead this week and I haven't turned back. And then I also discovered Lalo Schifrin.

This past week we lost boxing legend Joe Frazier, quickly followed by rapper and overweight lover Heavy D. The world celebrated 11/11/2011 at 11:11 (twice) and Veterans Day. Then later Manny Pacquiao beat Juan Manuel Márquez for the third time. It was pretty rainy. I found time this weekend to watch The Last Man on Earth, Wild at Heart, and The Hangover 2. I'm still working on Crazy, Stupid Love, Drive, and Valhalla Rising which I put on hold for any number of reasons, or just plain fell asleep to. It's been a week full of long sleep. Also I took a long walk around my neighborhood the other night.

I'm feeling shaken up again about losing my job and spiraling into a desperate situation. I don't want that to happen, and it most likely won't, but I need some kind of reassurance. Also I need a plan to get myself into a new situation; this one is tiresome, lonely, and uninspiring.
